Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients with G4-5 stage diabetes nephropathy received standard forearm fistuloplasty for the first time 2) Be able to comply with the requirements of this clinical study and sign an informed consent form 3) Preoperative vascular ultrasound evaluation meets the criteria for radial artery cephalic vein fistula (i.e. the diameter of the cephalic vein is greater than 2.0mm and the diameter of the radial artery is greater than 1.5mm)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative ultrasound examination revealed stenosis or occlusion of the radial artery on the surgical side 2) The Allen test result on the surgical side was positive 3) Preoperative coagulation dysfunction 4) Combine patients with severe heart failure and other illnesses as well as psychiatric patients 5) Allergic constitution patients 6) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials
