Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria of heart failure and new staging; aged 18 years or above; voluntarily enrolled in this trial signed the informed consent form had good compliance and could cooperate in receiving follow-up visits by telephone and other forms;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with end-stage tumors liver and kidney failure; those with acute stages of infection that may interfere with the diagnostic accuracy of the program; and patients with comorbid psychiatric conditions;
