Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia disorder; 2) Age requirement between 60 and 85 years with symptoms persisting for over 1 month; 3) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score between 8-15 (inclusive); 4) Participation in this study must align with genuine personal willingness adhere to the clinical trial design plan and involve handwritten signature on the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria or are diagnosed with conditions such as anxiety disorder depression or sleep apnea syndrome; 2) Age under 60 or over 85; 3) Patients with severe mental illnesses serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases liver or kidney dysfunction coagulation disorders or other systemic diseases; 4) Patients with skin allergies lesions ulcers edema or neoplastic growths; 5) Those whose insomnia is caused by systemic conditions such as pain fever cough surgery or external environmental disturbances.
