Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria for TD and ADHD in the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) of the United States. ; (2) Age: 4 to 15 years old gender not limited; (3) The total score of tics on the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) of the patient is >14 points or the score of individual movements and vocalizations is >10 points; (4) Initial diagnosis or no relevant drug treatment; (5) After signing the written informed consent the patient is willing to receive treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Involuntary movers that can be explained by other diseases such as rheumatic chorea Huntington's disease hepatolenticular degeneration epilepsy and other neurological disorders; (2) Those with concurrent diseases such as obsessive-compulsive disorder depression anxiety disorder etc. who require treatment; (3) Those whose electroencephalogram (EEG) examination shows epileptic discharges; (4) Patients with primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases liver and kidney diseases and hematopoietic systems; (5) Children who are unable to cooperate or are currently participating in other drug trials; (6) Intellectual disability; (7) State of anxiety and depression.
