Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The subject meets the diagnostic criteria for insomnia according to Western medicine and the diagnostic criteria and syndrome type of non-sleeping according to traditional Chinese medicine; 2.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score is =7 points; 3.The subject has not used other sedatives or hypnotic drugs for at least two weeks before receiving intervention measures; 4.The subject is 18 years of age or older; 5.The patient's condition is stable and has been receiving regular dialysis for at least 3 months; 6.The subject has not received other renal replacement therapy; 7.The subject has normal cognition and consciousness can understand and cooperate with the research intervention content and questionnaire completion; 8.The subject signs an informed consent form and voluntarily participates in the study.1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2.Patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage acute cerebral infarction acute myocardial infarction and other primary diseases of heart brain lung liver or hematological system; 3.Subjects with intellectual disability or cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate (such as mental disorders and dementia); 4.Other factors that interfere with sleep (such as pain infection and external environment interference etc.) causing sleep disorders; 5.Subjects with a history of sleep disorders before dialysis.1.
