Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Confirmed colorectal cancer by pathological biopsy or colorectal cancer according to the Chinese Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Standards (2022 Edition); 3. The patient is aware of his or her condition and has normal language communication skills; 4. Informed consent to this study. 5.Cancer-related fatigue (The Piper Fatigue Scale-12 score >=4 points)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with damaged, inflamed, or deformed outer ear skin, or those who are allergic to ear acupuncture patches; 2. Individuals with severe hearing or language impairment, or those who are unable to respond correctly; 3. Individuals with a history of intestinal or other digestive tract diseases within the past three months; 4. Individuals who have used microecological preparations, antibiotics, or Chinese herbal preparations within the past two weeks. 5.currently participate in other studies
