Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the MPS diagnostic criteria; (2) VAS score >5; (3) The chief complaint is low back pain that has lasted for more than 3 months; (4) Be between 18 and 60 years old; (5) Has never received small needle knife acupuncture meditation treatment and has not taken anti-inflammatory analgesic or hormone drugs; (6) The patient voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications for celecoxib: including those allergic to celecoxib sulfonamides or NSAIDs patients with active peptic ulcers/bleeding patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting perioperative patients those with severe heart failure and those with severe liver dysfunction; (2) Needle-knife treatment cannot be performed; (3) There are severe coagulation disorders; (4) Ankylosing spondylitis lumbar spine fractures dislocations intervertebral disc protrusions; (5) Abnormal lumbosacral nerve function; (6) During pregnancy or lactation; (7) Cognitive dysfunction; (8) There is local skin rupture or erythema; (9) Rheumatic diseases; (10) Combined with serious organ diseases such as heart cerebrovascular liver and kidney diseases or mental disorders; (11) Received mindfulness meditation therapy.
