Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Laboratory-confirmed CHIKV infection (2) Enrollment within 72h of symptom onset (3) Age between 18 and 80 years (inclusive) (4) Manifesting TCM acute phase pattern (5)Voluntarily signed IEC-approved consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe CHIKV with organ failure (2)Pre-existing rheumatic/autoimmune disorders (3)Active chronic skin diseases (4) Current pregnancy/lactation (5) Hypersensitivity to TCM components (6) Recent trial participation (<90 days) (7) Investigator-assessed contraindications
