Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with stroke confirmed by cranial CT or MRI imaging; (2) Aged between 20 and 80 years regardless of gender; (3) Underwent tracheostomy due to stroke-related conditions; (4) Assessed as temporarily unsuitable for decannulation based on the A2BC criteria; (5) Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale (RASS) score = -1 with basic ability to cooperate; (6) Signed informed consent obtained from the patient or legally authorized representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Progressive neurological disorders (e.g. Parkinsons disease multiple sclerosis); (2) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (3) Chronic diseases affecting cardiac or respiratory function (e.g. severe emphysema heart failure); (4) Severe infection bleeding tendency or other contraindications to acupuncture at the tracheostomy site; (5) Life expectancy of less than 2 months; (6) Participation in a similar clinical trial within the past 3 months.
