Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: It meets the diagnostic and syndrome classification criteria of CSU 2: The age is between 18 and 70 years old 3: No antibiotics have been used no probiotics have been supplemented and no immunosuppressants biological agents or psychotropic drugs have been used within 1 month before enrollment 4: Those who have not participated in other clinical trials at present 5: Voluntarily sign the informed consent form to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Those diagnosed with acute urticaria are excluded 2: There are other serious chronic diseases in combination such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases renal insufficiency infectious diseases or malignant tumors 3: Severe mental disorders or cognitive impairments are excluded 4: Those with contraindications to acupuncture treatment such as bleeding tendency local infection at acupoints or fainting at needles are excluded 5: Women who have fertility needs during the research period as well as pregnant and lactating women
