18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 70 years; (2) Undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy for the first time; (3) Pathological type is non-small cell lung cancer; (4) No long-term use of psychiatric or analgesic medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Impaired consciousness or uncooperative behavior; (2) Pre-existing pain before surgery; (3) Concurrent other malignant tumors or life-threatening diseases; (4) Alcohol allergy; (5) Movement disorders of the limbs or severe osteoarthritis and other contraindications for movement.

the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) scores at rest and during movement;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
the symptom cluster burden scores using the validated Chinese version of M.D. Anderson Symptom Inventory-Lung cancer (MDASI-L) and the 6-minute walking distance (6MWD) at 24-hour postoperative.;the frequency of supplemental NSAID administrations and rescue dezocine interventions during the initial 48-hour postoperative period;
