Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria: Only those who meet all the following conditions can be included. 1) It meets the KOA diagnostic criteria of the medial single room in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition) of the Joint Surgery Group of the Osteology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 2) The K-L grading of X-ray film of knee joint was evaluated as Grade I or Grade II; 3) Men or women aged 40-70; (4) high school education and above able to correctly understand the requirements of researchers; 5) The person who signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (2) Exclusion criteria: those who meet one of the following conditions cannot be included in this study. (1) people under 40 years old and over 70 years old. 2) The K-L grade of X-ray film of knee joint is evaluated as 0 3 or 4 or joint deformity and serious complications affect the function of knee joint. 3) Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases digestive system diseases autoimmune diseases psychosis acute or chronic infection. 4) Pregnant and lactating women. 5) Other circumstances that the researcher considers unsuitable to participate in this study.
