Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 60 years and meeting the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia as defined by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) guidelines; 2.Ability to ambulate (use of assistive devices permitted if necessary); 3.Capacity to communicate effectively with clinical staff and cooperate in completing body composition analysis grip strength measurement and 6-m gait speed test; 4.Willingness to participate in this study comply with the intervention protocol and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Endstage disease; 2.Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease; 3.Recent cerebrovascular infarction (stroke) or major surgery; 4.Fracture within the past three months; 5.Severe psychiatric disorders or neurocognitive impairments (e.g. major depressive disorder dementia Parkinsons disease); 6.Current use of medications affecting skeletal muscle metabolism; 7.Participation in other muscletraining programs rehabilitation or nutritional interventions or having a regular exercise habitdefined as = 15 minutes/day of highintensity exercise or > 2 strengthtraining sessions per weekwithin the 3 months before enrollment.
