18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Demographic criteria: Age: 18-60 years old Gender: No restrictions Dexterity: Right-handed Educational attainment: Primary school or above (2) Criteria for itching symptoms: Duration of itching: =2 months Itching intensity: The average NRS score in the past week was =4 points Itching frequency: Itching symptoms occur at least every day Pruritus stability: The intensity of pruritus has remained relatively stable in the past two weeks (3) Diagnostic criteria for dermatology: Have a clear dermatological diagnosis mainly including but not limited to: chronic urticaria atopic dermatitis psoriasis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment (2) Systemic treatment (such as methotrexate biological agents etc.) or sedative-hypnotic anti-anxiety and anti-depression drugs have been used within the past two weeks (3) There are contraindications for acupuncture treatment (4) Pregnant or lactating women (5) Skin infection or other acute skin diseases (6) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction severe heart and lung diseases (7) Unable to cooperate with fNIRS inspection
