Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension; (2) The altitude during the study is = 3000m; (3) The patient has lived in an area with an altitude of = 3000m for = 6 months; (4) Age between 18 and 80 years old ; (5) Not participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with other severe diseases affecting the evaluation of this study such as malignant tumors cognitive disorders mental diseases etc.; (2) Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases respiratory diseases digestive system diseases; (3) Patients who have experienced stroke or myocardial infarction.
