Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20-40 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for PCOS; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for insulin resistance; 4. The fallopian tube patency test in the past three years shows that at least one fallopian tube is unobstructed. 5. The husband's semen analysis is normal. 6. The subjects voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other reproductive system diseases. 2. Concurrent with other endocrine diseases. 3. Those with serious primary diseases in internal medicine surgery psychiatry etc. 4. Patients who have used other drugs known to affect reproductive function or metabolic levels. 5. Patients who currently have a history of alcohol abuse. 6. Have experienced weight loss through medication or dieting within the last three months. 7. Acupuncture treatment for this disease has been received in the last three months. 8. History of pregnancy miscarriage and childbirth within the last 6 weeks. 9. Breastfeeding within the last six months. 10. There are other diseases that affect pregnancy.
