Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Conform to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine refractory migraine Age 18 to 65 years old 3 In the past 3 months, there was no acupuncture treatment for migraine and preventive medication for migraine. 4 Without language and mental retardation, migraine diary can be successfully completed. 5 Those who signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with cluster headache, mental headache and other causes of headache 2 Headache caused by systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, acute infectious diseases, blood diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, allergic reactions, poisoning, etc. 3 Headache caused by five sense organs diseases, such as glaucoma, otitis media, sinusitis, pericoronitis of wisdom teeth, etc. 4 Headache caused by intracranial organic lesions, such as intracranial infection, brain tumor, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc. 5 patients with epilepsy, pregnancy, mental illness or drug abuse
