Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Men after after robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy 18-70 years old; 2) IIEF-5 score = 21; 3) 1 month after radical prostatectomy; 4) Have a regular sexual partner and a stable sexual relationship during the treatment period; 5) Not receiving any treatment related to the disease in the last 4 weeks; 6) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refuse to participate in the assessment; 2) Severe arrhythmia severe cardiac insufficiency acute myocarditis constrictive pericarditis pericardial tamponade severe valvular disease heart failure or other history of serious heart disease; 3) Combined serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular endocrine blood and mental diseases; 4) Serious infections patients with combined immune system diseases; 5) The known coagulation dysfunction (typical clinical diagnosis or clear laboratory test results); 6) Spouse suffering from serious organic lesions unable to fully cooperate; 7) Poor compliance and difficulty in determining the efficacy of treatment.
