Sham far-infrared moxibustion group (hereinafter referred to as the "control group"):The control group received sham far-infrared moxibustion intervention
Far-infrared moxibustion group (hereinafter referred to as the "observation group"):The observation group received far-infrared moxibustion intervention.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipidemia; 2) Aged between 18 and 80 years old; 3) Not concurrently using lipid-regulating medications or having previously used lipid-regulating medications but discontinued them for one month or longer and not participating in any other clinical studies. 4) Enrolled participants have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary hyperlipidemia caused by other diseases (such as nephrotic syndrome gout hypothyroidism acute or chronic hepatobiliary diseases diabetes etc.); 2) Complicated with severe primary diseases of the liver heart brain etc.; 3) Individuals allergic to far-infrared therapy; 4) Those who have undergone gallbladder surgery or major gastrointestinal surgery within the past 6 months; 5) Individuals with poor compliance.
