50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with knee osteoarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine; (2) Patients aged 80 years and younger; (3) Kellgren-Lawrence grade I-III; (4) VAS score 4-7; (5) Volunteer to conduct clinical trials and sign informed consent; (6) Patients who have received other treatments and have a washout period of more than 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with metabolic infectious congenital traumatic and other secondary knee joint diseases; (2) Patients with knee joint effusion or knee osteoarthritis in the acute phase. (3) Patients with previous stroke muscle atrophy lower limb nerve injury and other damage to the lower limb muscles nerves bone diseases; (4) Patients with high local skin temperature skin damage ulceration local infection and other unsuitable operation; (5) Patients with other chronic pain lower limb vascular disease severe cardiopulmonary disease hypertension mental illness mental retardation and difficult to cooperate; (6) long-term oral treatment of knee osteoarthritis drugs in the drug effect period failed to wash out; (7) Patients who can not cooperate with the study or do not agree to participate in this study or are participating in other clinical research trials.
