60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 60-80 years old male or female; also meets the diagnostic criteria proposed by the Asian Working Group on Muscle Weakening Syndrome (AWGS) as well as the TCM criteria for spleen and kidney yang deficiency; (2) Possess basic communication and cognitive skills; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients in the acute phase or severe dysfunction of various diseases such as heart failure hepatic and renal insufficiency immune system diseases acute exacerbation of chronic diseases and infectious diseases; (2) People with secondary muscle strength or function loss including stroke malignant tumor and organ failure; (3) Implanted electronic devices or metal objects in the body; (4) Patients who have had any treatment for sarcopenia in the 3 months prior to the start of the study.
