Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Meet NIH diagnostic criteria for acute low back pain (duration =6 weeks) VAS=4 18-65 years of age Provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Lumbar fractures/tumors/infections Coagulation disorders Skin damage at acupuncture sites History of allergy to NSAIDs Duration of Pregnancy
