18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged between 18 and 80 years; (3) VAS score between 3 and 7 points; (4) No psychotropic drugs taken within 1 month before treatment; (5) Agree to be randomly assigned to the catgut embedding group sham catgut embedding group or medication group and cooperate with treatment and data collection; (6) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with malignant tumors severe heart liver or kidney dysfunction; (2) Abnormal coagulation function or immune function; (3) Those with severe organ function damage bronchial asthma or acute and chronic gastrointestinal dysfunction; (4) Patients with other diseases causing lower limb dysfunction that affect walking such as knee arthritis sequelae of cerebrovascular disease lower limb trauma etc.; (5) Severe allergies or adverse reactions to the drugs used in the study; (6) Those allergic to absorbable surgical sutures or animal proteins; (7) Complicated with skin allergies or damage at the operation site; (8) Women in the pregnancy preparation stage during pregnancy or lactation.
