45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for vascular dementia; (2) Hachinski Ischemic Scale score =7; (3) Aged between 45 and 80 years old regardless of gender; (4) Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) scale assessed as mild or moderate dementia (CDR=1.0 or 2.0); (5) Capable of cooperating to complete the trial tests; (6) The volunteer participant and their legal guardian have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with clearly diagnosed dementia caused by brain diseases other than VaD or those suspected of such conditions based on existing medical history scales or imaging examinations including Alzheimer's disease Lewy body dementia frontotemporal dementia Parkinson's disease central nervous system demyelinating diseases tumors hydrocephalus trauma central nervous system infections etc.; (2) Patients with severe neurological deficits who are unable to complete examinations such as hemiplegia of the dominant hand various types of aphasia or visual/auditory impairments; (3) Individuals with severe mental disorders (e.g. depression schizophrenia) or epilepsy; (4) Those with alcohol or substance abuse issues.
