18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Right-handed individuals aged 18-50 years regardless of gender; (2)Diagnosis of migraine according to ICHD-3 criteria (International Classification of Headache Disorders 3rd edition) with a documented history of 3 months to 3 years; (3)Migraine attack frequency of =2 episodes/month; (4)No exposure to Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies (acupuncture auricular therapy tuina massage or bloodletting) within the preceding 30 days; (5)Non-pregnant female volunteers who commit to using double-barrier contraception during the study and for =3 months post-study; (6)Normal head CT findings within 3 months prior to enrollment excluding intracranial malignancies or congenital vascular malformations; Provision of written informed consent after comprehensive explanation of study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: (1) Other headache disorders (e.g. tension-type headache headache secondary to intracranial neoplasms); (2) Severe comorbidities: cardiovascular psychiatric or neurological diseases; (3) Medication overuse headache; (4) Pregnancy or lactation; (5) Local skin infections in the auricular region; (6) Malignancy substance abuse chronic alcoholism or alcohol dependence.
