Experimental group:On the basis of the control group, acupuncture point selection with data mining is given. Acupuncture points: Dubi (ST35), Zusanli (ST36), Yanglingquan (GB34), Xuehai (SP10), Neixiy
Control group:Treatment through rehabilitation training.Duration: Starting from the 2nd day of admission, training twice a day for 2 weeks.Mainly include: 1) joint mobility training
2) hip abduction and adduction training
3) quadriceps training
4) hamstring muscle training.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Sex is not limited and the age is 40-80 years old; (2) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis and have mild pain (NRS 1-3) and are treated conservatively; (3) The vital signs are stable and there are no acute and serious medical diseases and other complications and the patient can cooperate with the inspection; (4) Those who are conscious and have no communication barriers; (5) Those who voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the "informed consent form".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) unable to express subjective feelings people with language barriers and people with consciousness dysfunction; (2) those with serious diseases such as abnormal heart brain liver and kidney function and malignant tumor; (3) Patients with multiple fractures.
