Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of dry eye; At the same time it was accompanied by ocular pain > dryness burning sensation foreign body sensation and one of the symptoms of ocular surface neuralgia. (2) age >18 years old <40 years old (3) Anesthetic treatment was effective (4) no other active inflammation except dry eye no serious cardiovascular cerebrovascular and systemic diseases; (5) no other treatment or medication was taken during the treatment period; (6) Informed consent was signed
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with eye pain caused by other diseases such as glaucoma herpes zoster (2) dry eye treatment using methods other than those used in this study (3) abnormal corneal sensation (4) history of ocular surgery or trauma within 6 months (5) contact lens wearing history within 1 month (6) complicated with other underlying diseases requiring long-term medication or serious systemic diseases (7) pregnant and lactating women
