Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes formulated by the American Diabetes Association; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic peripheral neuropathy and be clinically diagnosed as diabetic peripheral neuropathy; (3) Meet the relevant diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in Traditional Chinese Medicine; (4) Pain numerical method score =2 points anxiety self-rating scale score =50 points and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale score > 7 points; (5) Normal vision hearing language expression and comprehension skills; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Peripheral nerve pathological pain that exists at the same time or is caused by other factors; (2) Acute complications of diabetes mellitus or other serious systemic diseases or malignant tumors; (3) Local skin injury infection or allergy; (4) Those with foot ulcers or gangrene; (5) Patients with coagulation dysfunction; (6) Other patients with non-diabetic neuropathy and patients with deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs; (7) Have cognitive dysfunction or a history of mental illness.
