Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The participants must meet the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer. (2) Age: Patients with colorectal cancer between 18 and 75 years old. (3) An estimated survival time of =12 months after the start of the intervention. (4) The participant and their family members are able to understand and cooperate with the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe brain dysfunction cardiovascular diseases or other major illnesses. (2) Individuals currently participating in other clinical trials. (3) Individuals who have regularly participated in structured physical activities in the past 24 weeks.
