19 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 18-40 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for PCOS; 3) Meets the diagnostic criteria for IR; 4) Complies with the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical standards of phlegm blood stasis syndrome; 3) Voluntarily participating in this study has signed a consent form agreed to the randomization scheme demonstrated good compliance and cooperated with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Women under 18 years old and over 40 years old; 2) Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation; 3) Taking hormone drugs (excluding progesterone) or metformin in the past 3 months or participating in other studies; 4) Merge with other endocrine disorders; 4) Merge serious primary diseases such as heart liver and kidney; 5) Individuals with unclear consciousness intellectual disabilities etc. who cannot cooperate with a complete questionnaire survey; 6) Individuals who have contraindications or allergies to the drugs used in this study;
