Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Diagnosed with COPD in the past, admitted to the hospital due to acute exacerbation of COPD, The criteria for acute exacerbation of COPD are defined according to the 2023 GOLD guidelines. 2) Individuals aged 40 and above and have signed a written informed consent. 3) After assessing the risk of bleeding, patients with high bleeding risk were evaluated using the internal medicine patient bleeding risk assessment scale recommended in the 2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis, Treatment, and Prevention of Pulmonary Thromboembolism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed or suspected of VTE (including pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis) upon admission; 2) The patient has recently (within one week) used or is currently using anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs; 3) Active bleeding patients
