Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis was NNP, that is, the cause of neck pain excluded specific pathological changes (such as trauma, tumor, infection or inflammatory changes, congenital diseases, etc.), and the symptoms were often neck pain, discomfort, stiffness and limited activity, and the pain time was more than 12 weeks; (2) Age 18-60 years old; (3) In the past 3 months, he has not received tendon treatment and shock wave therapy, nor has he used opioid analgesics, antispasmodic analgesics and anti-inflammatory analgesics; (4) Cervical spine imaging examination (X-ray, CT and MRI) showed no obvious abnormalities; (5) Those who have been in good health without definite history of infection or family history of genetic diseases; (6) Patients' informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cervical spine fracture, operation history, trauma history, infection, rheumatic disease, tumor, vascular occlusion, nerve injury, etc; (2) Cervical spondylosis other than cervical spondylosis of cervical type; (3) Severe cardiovascular, lung, liver, brain, kidney and blood system diseases, severe osteoporosis, pregnant women and lactating women, etc; (4) Those who suffer from neurological and psychosocial diseases that affect the efficacy evaluation and cannot cooperate with the treatment; (5) Cervical spinal stenosis, spinal cord injury, scoliosis caused by various factors; (6) Referred pain caused by shoulder, fibromyalgia and other diseases that cause extensive pain; (7) Gout, acute injury, etc. can not tolerate tendon treatment and shock wave treatment.
