Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Severe patients with acute gastrointestinal injury diagnosed by ultrasound evaluation and clinical screening in ICU of Emergency Medical Department of Cangzhou Central Hospital: 1) age =18 years old;2) acute physiology and chronic health-II (APACHE-II) score>8 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Hospitalization time <24h;2) Pregnant women;3) Previous mesenteric vascular disease;4) Mechanical intestinal obstruction; 4) Enteral nutrition is not expected within 7 days due to digestive tract surgery; 4) Acute gastrointestinal injury before admission; 4) Advanced cancer; End-stage multiple organ failure; Periumbilical skin rupture; No informed consent.
