Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden Deafness (2015)" revised by the Editorial Board of the Chinese Journal of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and the Chinese Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and presenting as unilateral sudden deafness; (2) Age between 18 and 80 regardless of gender; (3) Complete clinical data with complete audiologic and other examination records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Sensorineural hearing loss due to other causes such as: presbycusis drug-induced hearing loss noise-induced hearing loss traumatic hearing loss autoimmune sensorineural hearing loss acoustic neuroma Meniere's disease and hearing loss caused by specific infections etc.; (2) Rule out congenital developmental abnormalities such as inner ear malformation and cochlear nerve hypoplasia; (3) Pregnant and lactating women.
