Labor pain

Interventions

Sham-Controlled group:The method is the same as above, but it takes the form of lightly touching the above three points instead of pressing them, i.e., real points with fake pressure.
Control group:The control group was given routine nursing measures, including psychological support during labor, instruction on free position, feeding and relaxation methods.
Test group:Birthing patients received bilateral acupressure in both the ward and delivery room, for 20 minutes each time. The acupoints included LI4 (He Gu), SP6 (San Yin Jiao), and PC6 (Nei Guan).

21 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Agreed to participate in the project and signed the informed consent form; 2) Conscious, normal expression, and able to cooperate with the study; 3) Maternal age is 21 to 40 years old with 37 weeks of gestation; 4) Singleton pregnancy with vertex position; 5) Admitted for childbirth, and met the requirements after preliminary assessment, and agreed to try vaginal delivery, and is in labor; 6) Fetal heart rate monitoring is NST response; 7)Cervical dilation less than 3cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Fetal malformation; 2. Unable to tolerate vaginal delivery due to pregnancy complications or other complications.
