Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with tobacco dependence: 1) Inclusion criteria: 1) Conforming to the ICD-11 diagnostic criteria for tobacco dependence; 2) Male aged between 18 and 75 years old; 3) Smoking age =1 year breath carbon monoxide test =6 ppm; 4) Those who have not received acupuncture treatment within 30 days before entering the study; 5) Be willing to participate in this research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2) Exclusion criteria: Medical or neurological diseases of clinical significance; Suffer from serious diseases of the heart lungs brain and blood system; Currently or recently (in the past two months) using any psychotropic drugs or antihistamines as well as smoking cessation treatment; Currently strong CYP3A active enzymes or moderate CYP3A inhibitors or strong CYP3A inducers are being used and digoxin is currently being used. Current other substance use disorders such as alcohol cocaine etc. Currently suffering from oral diseases dental diseases etc.
