40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets diagnostic criteria; 2) Age between 40-70 years old gender not limited; 3) Confirm the lesion through group imaging; 4) No history of shoulder periarthritis in the past; 5) Not receiving medication or other treatments for shoulder periarthritis in the month prior to enrollment; 6) Those who agree and sign the informed consent form. Note: Only patients who meet the above 5 criteria can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Confirmed bone lesions through imaging examination; 2) Patients with diabetes malignant tumor liver kidney heart psychosis and other serious basic diseases; 3) Patients with shoulder pain caused by cervical spondylosis rotator cuff injury or rheumatic diseases; 4) Poor treatment compliance and difficulty in cooperating with pain rehabilitation treatment; 5) I am currently participating in other clinical research projects. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria should be excluded.
