Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for sudden deafness; (2) Ages 20-60 years old; (3) Those who have complete record of case data;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclude those with a history of chronic underlying diseases such as hypertension and coronary heart disease and those with severe systemic diseases; (2) Exclude people with a history of deafness caused by ototoxic drugs and hereditary deafness (3) No congenital ear deformities (such as Mondini deformities etc.); (4) Exclude those with a history of middle ear disease (such as secretory otitis media etc.); (5) Eliminate auricular deformity and imperfect external auditory canal; (6) Exclude other brain nerve damage other than the brain nerves in the VIII pair; (7) Exclude maternal genetic diabetes and gestational diabetes;
