Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 to 65 years old; 2.BMI18-30 kg/m2 3. ASA Level I or II; 4. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 5. All patients sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases; 2. Patients with previous central nervous system or psychiatric disorders; 3. There are infected individuals in the acupuncture point area and nearby skin; 4. Patients with severe heart lung liver kidney diseases and gastrointestinal diseases such as constipation before surgery; 5. Take antiemetic and sedative drugs 24 hours before enrollment. History of allergies to local anesthetics and intraoperative medications;
