Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =65 years; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis and acute gastrointestinal injury; 3) Patients or family members were conscious knew the content of the study and voluntarily and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Age <65 years old 2) Those who have one of the following conditions: severe cardiac insufficiency serious primary diseases such as liver kidney hematopoietic system; 3) Those with the previous existence of serious gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcer inflammatory bowel disease digestive tract tumors; 4) Hemodynamic still not stabilized after 24 hours of ICU admission; 5) Family members refused participants.
