18 Years to 93 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age =18 years old;2)Pathological diagnosis of malignant tumor of oral cancer;3)Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQ) score > 7;4)Estimated survival time > 90 days;5)Oriented, with normal hearing, and able to communicate with medical staff;6)Scheduled surgical treatment;7)No allergy to lavender, bergamot, sweet marjoram oil, etc.;8)Familiar with the use of smartphones and WeChat software9)Patients and their families voluntarily participated and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Disturbance of consciousness or mental illness; 2)Severe tumor-related complications and comorbidities, or primary diseases that seriously endanger life 3)Disgust with the smell of essential oils; 4)Receiving other drug or nondrug psychiatric and psychological treatment.
