Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets diagnostic criteria for mild Alzheimer's disease as defined by a Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) score of 1.The Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR) is widely regarded as the gold standard for the clinical grading of Alzheimer's disease (AD) dementia. A score of 0.0 indicates normal cognitive function 0.5 indicates suspected dementia 1.0 indicates mild dementia 2.0 indicates moderate dementia and 3.0 indicates severe dementia . Secondly the subject fulfills the diagnostic criteria of the medullary insufficiency type of Chinese medicine.Thirdly the subject is over the age of 60.Fourthly the subject was able to cooperate independently to complete the scale.Fifthly the subject voluntarily accepted clinical observation and gave informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The following criteria are indicative of the diagnosis of organic Alzheimer's disease as indicated by brain CT: The presence of disorders of consciousness or mental illness The presence of serious coagulation disorders The presence of malignant tumors The presence of serious infections The presence of serious diseases including digestive system diseases liver and kidney diseases cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases
