Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Patients with early and intermediate valguration KOA (varus KOA patients: the full-length radiograph of the lower limb shows that the alignment of the lower limb passes through the medial point of the knee joint, more than 2mm from the midpoint); (3) Be in good physical condition and be able to walk independently (without the help of assistive tools); (4) Aged = 50 years old and = 80 years old, gender is not limited; (5) Body mass index 18.5 kg/m2 = BMI< 35 kg/m2; (6) Those who voluntarily join this trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of knee trauma and surgery; (2) Patients with anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments collateral ligaments and meniscus tears and ruptures; (3) Patients with tumors tuberculosis osteomyelitis and other diseases in the knee; (4) Psoriasis syphilitic neuropathy brown spot disease metabolic bone disease etc.; (5) patients with impaired brain function; (6) independent or unstable ambulatory patients; (7) Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency severe cardiovascular disease diabetes and mental illness; (8) Exclude pregnant and lactating women (9) Exclude patients with functional varus caused by other reasons.
