Conditions

Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with small cerebral vessel disease

Interventions

Taijiquan group:On the basis of the health education group, the Taijiquan group received 24 simplified Taijiquan training for 60 minutes three times a week for 24 consecutive weeks. No one participate
Health Education Group:Provide health education on the causes and prevention of type 2 diabetes and small vessel disease. Do not participate in other special physical exercises during the intervention

40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 40-70 years old regardless of gender; 2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of T2DM and CSVD and at least one imaging marker of CSVD can be seen on skull MRI; 3) There is no serious audio-visual or cognitive impairment and can cooperate with the completion of various examinations; 4) Sound limbs and no contraindications for exercise; 5) Agree to join the study and sign the informed consent form. Only those who meet the above conditions can be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Cognitive dysfunction; 2)Patients with previous cerebral infarction cerebral hemorrhage and other related organic brain diseases or infectious diseases of nervous system and neurological function defects caused by intracranial macrovascular diseases; 3)Patients with acute complications of diabetes such as diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar coma; 4)Patients with serious primary diseases or malignant tumors such as heart liver and kidney; 5)patients with serious mental diseases or mental disorders; 6)Suffering from nerve muscle joint and other diseases affecting motor function; 7)Pregnant or lactating women; 8)The cumulative time of regular exercise per week exceeded 1.5 hours in 3 months before enrollment. Those who meet any of the above conditions are excluded from the study.
