Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Compliance with the Western and Chinese medical diagnostic criteria for post-SCI ED; (2) International Erectile Function Scale (IIEF-5) score of 8-21 i.e. the condition is mild to moderate; (3) Age 20-55 years old; (4) Stable condition during the treatment and can cooperate with the examination and treatment; (5) No abnormality in the blood supply of the deep penile artery and normal or reduced serum testosterone levels as indicated by ultrasound testing. (6) Have not received any treatment related to the disease in the past 4 weeks; (7) Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) ED caused by drugs surgery trauma congenital or acquired penile organic lesions; (2) Combined serious cardiovascular endocrine hematologic and psychiatric diseases; (3) Spouse suffers from serious organic lesions and cannot fully cooperate; (4) Poor compliance and difficulty in determining the efficacy of treatment.
