Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People with depressive moods: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in DSM-V with a HAMD-17 score > 7 points; (2) No age or gender restrictions right-handed; (3) Voluntarily participate in this research and either the individual or their legal representative shall sign the informed consent form. People without emotional disorders: (1) No age or gender restrictions right-handed; (2) The HAMD-17 score is =7 points; (3) HAMA-14 score =7 points; (4) PSQI score < 8 points; (5) No mental disorders intracranial space-occupying lesions or other neuropsychiatric diseases; Voluntarily participate in this study and either the individual or the legal representative signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People with depressive moods: (1) Those who have communication difficulties severely restricted activities severe visual hearing reading language impairments or any other reasons that prevent them from completing the collection of emotion scales or otographic images. (2) Those with ear defects and other skin ulcers. People without emotional disorders: (1) Accompanied by functional impairment of important organs such as the heart brain liver and kidneys; (2) Those who work in shifts or other places and cannot ensure a regular schedule; (3) Those with a family history of genetic diseases; (4) Those with ear defects and other skin ulcers.
