Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. High-altitude immigrant Han group was included in the age group of 18-55 years old; young Han Chinese males whose original place of residence was below 1000m above sea level and who have now migrated to areas with an average elevation of 3800-4000m or 4500m above sea level and who have lived at the current elevation for more than 6 months who have adapted to plateau life and do not feel unwell; those who have not been to the plateau area before and do not have a history of cardiopulmonary and other basic diseases. 2. High-altitude Tibetan group included young Tibetan males aged 18-55 years who had lived at an altitude of more than 3000 meters above sea level for more than 6 months had adapted to highland life and were not unwell; there was no history of cardiac or pulmonary diseases. 3. Lowland Control group included young Han Chinese males aged 18-55 years who lived at an altitude of <1000 m and did not have a history of long-term residence at an altitude of 2000 m or higher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Excluding chronic diseases abnormalities in liver and kidney function electrocardiogram chest X-ray abdominal ultrasound, etc.; 2. Recent history of trauma and surgery fever inflammation and other conditions that may affect the test results (e.g. poor physical condition consumption of alcohol medication, etc.); 3. and visual, auditory, and speech impairments.
