Interventions

Routine Group:Postoperative limb isometric exercise, ankle training, assisted ambulation, transfer training, enhanced walking and muscle rehab.
Observation Group:Conventional group care plus oral Taohong Siwu Decoction and soothing meridian massage therapy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Age = 60 years. First-time total hip surgery. Unilateral femoral neck fracture. Patients without other severe physical or mental illnesses able to communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Age < 60 years. Bilateral femoral neck fractures. History of hip surgery. Patients with severe physical or mental illnesses who cannot communicate normally.
