Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)In line with the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis in the osteoarthritis diagnosis and treatment guidelines ( 2018 edition ) :repeated knee pain in the last month;X-ray films (standing or weight-bearing position ) showed narrowing of the joint space subchondral bone sclerosis and / or cystic degeneration and osteophyte formation;at least 50 years old;morning stiffness time = 30min;bone friction sound ( sense ) ;meet the diagnostic criteria 1 + ( 2345 of any 2 ). (2)between the ages of 50 and 60. (3)Initial central sensitization scale score = 40 points. (4)Analgesic drugs or hormone therapy were not performed in the last month; (5)Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who resisted acupuncture treatment or could not tolerate acupuncture treatment. (2)Pregnant ; combined with other types of arthritis such as gouty arthritis rheumatoid arthritis psoriatic arthritis infectious arthritis ; combined with other diseases that can lead to decreased muscle strength or muscle atrophy such as cerebrovascular disease peripheral nerve disease acute fracture and other diseases. (3) Those who were taking opioids non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs hormone drugs and could not stop because of other diseases. (4) Those combined mental illness or cognitive dysfunction can not fully cooperate with the researchers.
