Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients meeting diagnostic criteria for stroke and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pattern of Wind-Phlegm-Blood Stasis Syndrome in meridian-collateral involvement stage; 2) In post-stroke recovery phase (disease duration: 2 weeks to 6 months after stroke onset); 3) Absence of cognitive impairment or severe aphasia able to cooperate with assessment and ambulate independently for =5 minutes; 4) Aged 18 to 75 years; 5) Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Failure to meet the inclusion criteria; 2) Patients with unstable vital signs or progressing neurological symptoms or severe comorbidities (cardiac pulmonary hepatic renal etc.); 3) History of psychiatric disorders (e.g. schizophrenia severe dementia) or self-reported inability to complete the trial; 4) Pre-existing motor dysfunction due to neurological/musculoskeletal/vascular disorders affecting lower limbs; 5) Presence of implanted electronic medical devices (e.g. cardiac pacemakers); 6) Vestibular/cerebellar dysfunction or severe sensory impairment; 7) Participation in other clinical trials within 1 month or concurrently.
